The tested range data for the entire vehicle chassis is based on a rider weight of 75 kg (165 lbs), an ambient temperature of 77°F, and NEDC conditions. This data was obtained through testing under standard conditions. The actual driving range may vary to some extent due to various conditions such as the temperature during the actual ride, the rider's weight, and the terrain.

You may choose to remove the battery and charge it indoors, or you can charge it directly in your vehicle. When charging, please ensure that the charging environment temperature is above 0℃ and keep the battery away from heat sources, flammable materials, etc.

The charging time is 4 hours when using a 220V power supply and 6 hours when using a 110V voltage. The charging time depends on the power source you use to charge the battery.

The battery can be charged directly from a standard home outlet with the original charger inside the package. You may check the label on the back of the charger to confirm wether the outlet voltage fits.

The seat hight cannot be adjusted.You may rest your feet on the pedals and adjust your gesture to make yourself comfortable.

This not a storage space designed for it and an extra trunk cannot be fitted. We would suggest you take a backpack if you need to take items with you.

The battery does not require special maintenance or care. As long as you use it normally according to the instructions in the user manual, you can ensure the battery remains in good condition.

Do not charge the battery when the temperature is below 32°F(0℃). However, please note that it is best to charge the battery every three months.

For optimal riding performance, check tire pressure: (Front tire: 25.38 - 32.63Psi; Rear tire: 34.08-40.61Psi.) We recommend checking the tire pressure of both front and rear tires before each ride. Proper tire pressure ensures your bike performs at its best.

This product features a mid-drive motor design, so the tire replacement process is identical to that of a standard bicycle or motorcycle. You may replace the tires yourself or visit a nearby bike shop or dealer for assistance.

The Maintenance depends on the use of your vehicle. Always test the braking performance of your brake system before each ride. On a dry and flat road surface, check the braking effect by riding at a low speed and using the front and rear brakes separately. Check the gap of the brake lever. It should be within the specified range (0.6-1.2 inches). If not, it needs adjustment. And you may repalce the brake pads anytime if you deem the brake is not effective enough for you.

Regularly check if the screws of the motor and controller are loose. Regularly check if the motor and controller wiring is loose and inspect the insulation condition. Avoid riding through deep water to prevent affecting the motor's operation. You will find power decrease or error code on the display if the motor or the controller is malfunction.

Please make sure the battery is full charged and cables are well connected. If you are not able to turn on the vehicle, please go to the dealer or contact the after-sales team. They will guide you through the trouble-shooting.

Please check for any loose parts and secure it if possible. Otherwise, please find the noise source, make a video and go to the dealer or send it to the after-sales team.

Please charge it for 8 hours and drain the battery to below 10%. If the issue persist, please go to the dealer or contact the after-sales team. Please have your purchase receipt, frame number, battery serial number, and other relevant information ready.

Non-original electric accessories are not recommended since they are not tested and might interfere the electric system. Therefore, it is not recommended to install extra accessories unless they work independently from the bike's electric system.

If it is beyond the warranty period, you will need to replace the battery at your own expense.
