Shipping policy
Addresses to which we ship: We ship across CONUS and currently cannot ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Alaska.
Shipping time: It takes up to 3 business days to process your order, and another 3-5 days for the order to arrive at your door. In rare cases, there may be a slight delay in shipment. If you do not receive your order within 14 business days, please feel free to contact us at service@arctora.com.
Shipping cost: Enjoy free shipping on all dirtbikes across the Continental United States (CONUS).
Orders totaling $200 or less will have a fixed shipping fee of $10 per order, while orders exceeding $200 are eligible for free shipping within the contiguous US. Please note that the $10 flat shipping rate is nonrefundable once the item is shipped out, and it does not include shipping insurance coverage. The shipping insurance cost varies depending on the order and can be purchased separately during checkout.
Signatures Required: Due to the high value of the dirtbike, we offer a signature-required shipping method for your convenience. This service incurs a $10 fee per dirtbike. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature upon delivery and will not leave packages unattended. Please note that the signature service only applies to dirtbike items. Therefore, we offer customers the option to purchase Extended Shipping Insurance at checkout to ensure coverage for all items in the order.
Shipping Carriers: ARCTORA prioritizes FedEx for prompt deliveries, occasionally using other trusted carriers as efficiency substitution.
No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage:
Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service. In case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, feel free to choose "Signature required" shipping method.
Damage to the outer packaging is not equal to item damage. Due to the uncertainty of delivery and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging. We advise the customer to claim with the carrier as soon as the customer finds any damage to the outer package. Our Customer Service support team will assist with item issues.
Restocking fee:

For the returns of new and unused dirtbikes within 14 days of receipt. Please note we’ll charge a 15% restocking fee/per dirtbike.

For returns of used dirt bikes within 14 days, a restocking fee of 30% of the total order value will be applied.

If a delivery is refused, a flat fee of 15% per dirtbike will be charged to partially cover our handling costs.

Approved returns of defective items within 14 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. Customers must notify our Customer Service team as early as possible to qualify for this exemption.
