Shipping & Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 1–4 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use that tracking number at any time on the carrier’s website to check your shipment status and, if available, schedule a delivery date.
Change of Shipping Address
Unfortunately, we can’t change the shipping address once an order has shipped.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need help, contact us at marketing@arctora.com.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please proceed as follows:
- Report the damage to the local delivery service within 24 hours.
- Send us detailed photos and a short description.
- Keep packaging and products in their original condition.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment within 2 weeks.
If no complaint is received within 48 hours after delivery, the shipment is considered free of defects.
